European Risk Management Seminar 2020

In a soft market, risk managers focus on price. With harder rates and tougher conditions, they have to translate issues of insurance value, exposure and retention into CFO language. The conversation needs to move away from insurance premiums to the total cost of risk; the value of risk and insurance management to the business impact on EBITDA; cost of capital; cash flows and other financial indicators. Do risk managers speak this language today or is it a new skill they need to learn?

KEY EDUCATIONAL MESSAGE

Risk managers will learn practical and theoretical insights to help make their internal communication more relevant and impactful.
