Dr. Kai BRUHL

CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Dr. Kai Brühl is Head of Advisory at Marsh GmbH. In this role, he and his team coordinate and develop all consulting services along the entire risk life cycle – from topics such as Analytics So-lutions and Strategic Risk Consulting (e.g. ESG, BCM) to Property Risk and Valuation Services to Cyber Risk and Claims Preparation, including Supply Chain Risk. Kai Brühl works from the Marsh branch in Frankfurt.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Dr. Brühl has been working for Marsh since 2022 and has more than 14 years of experience in management consulting. Before joining Marsh, Kai Brühl worked for several years at McKinsey and other Big4 consultancies (PwC, Deloitte). Previously, Kai Brühl worked as a research asso-ciate and lecturer for strategy, organization and personnel management at the Philipps-Univer-sity Marburg.
Kai Brühl’s consulting focus is on strategic risk management, org design as well as governance, risk and compliance. In particular, he focuses on the design and implementation of risk govern-ance structures and processes, compliance and control systems as well as the management of large transformation projects. Mr. Brühl has also published several articles on organizational de-sign, risk and compliance topics.
