Cristina CELAC

Cristina Celac coordinates Enterprise Risk Services in Marsh Advisory Italy. In this role she focuses on the definition and implementation of risk management frameworks, such as enterprise risk management; integration between sustainability and risk management, more specifically ESG and climate change risk assessments; financial impact modelling; supply chain and operational risk management.
In the 10+ years within Marsh, she has developed competences regarding enterprise risk management, ESG, quantitative risk approaches, contractual risk analysis, risk financing optimization and insurable risk analysis for various industries, among which food & beverage, fashion & luxury, manufacturing, transportation, as well as Operational Risk Management for Financial Institutions,
Before joining the advisory team, Cristina collaborated on specific projects within MMC (i.e. Oliver Wyman), was part of Financial Institutions practice and participated in the International Risk Management Mobility programme where she was part of the Financial and Professional Risks team in the Paris office.
Cristina has obtained Professional Risk Manager (PRMIA) and Sustainability and Climate Risks (GARP) certifications.
