Anne-Hélène MONSELLATO

Anne-Hélène Monsellato is an independent director and audit committee chair at Genfit, a French biopharmaceutical company listed in Paris and the Nasdaq, and a former independent director and chair of the audit and risk committee of Euronav, a Belgian tanker company listed in Brussels and the NYSE.  Mrs. Monsellato is an active member of the French National Association of Directors (IFA) and of the European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa), where she actively contributes to working groups related to audit committees’ activities as well as ESG topics and prospective. In addition, she is the Vice President and Treasurer of the American Center for Art and Culture, a U.S. private foundation based in New York.  From 2005 till 2013, Mrs. Monsellato served as a Partner with EY, after having served as Auditor/Senior, Manager and Senior Manager for the firm starting in 1990. During her time at EY, she gained extensive experience in financial communication, cross border listing transactions, internal control and risk management in companies of various sizes.  She graduated from EM Lyon in 1990 with a degree in Business Management, is a Certified Public Accountant in France since 2008 and an accredited board member (IFA – Sciences Po) since 2014.
